Для дальнейшего продолжения сотрудничества нам бы хотелось иметь официальный запрос на продукцию.
Так же обращаем Ваше особое внимание на условия оплаты, в связи с нестабильной экономической и политической обстановкой в мире, условия оплаты:
1) 30% предоплата, после подписания контракта, оставшаяся сумма после погрузки на корабль и получения отгрузочных документов
2) предоставление ICPBO или BCL, после этого обсуждаем форму аккредитива

For further continuation of co-operation we would like to have an official request for products.
We also pay your special attention to payment terms, due to the unstable economic and political situation in the world, payment terms:
1) 30% prepayment, after signing the contract, the remaining amount after loading on the ship and receiving shipping documents
2) provision of ICPBO or BCL, after that we discuss the form of letter of credit.
Also please note that our company is not Russian, we are located in the EU countries.

For further continuation of our cooperation regarding sulphur supplies we ask you to provide BCL or ICPBO from the Buyer's bank with confirmation of the Buyer's availability of funds to pay for the goods of RUSSIAN origin, and the bank's readiness to issue DLC for the goods of Russian origin.
Only after receipt of these documents we are ready to consider the LC form as a condition for financing the transaction.
